About Me

Ever since I was a child, I thrived being outdoors. I was actively involved in yoga, track, soccer just to name a few, exploring nature, and being active. On my way to undergrad school, I took a left hand turn and got into finance. Although making money paid for my education, I realized that I was off-track and that my purpose was to help people heal. The process led me to doing a Yoga Teacher Training program and moving to the Pacific Northwest.

I started my career in Pilates and I added Myofascial Release which helps people be pain free. I am now in the process of adding Acupuncture and Herbal medicine to my toolbox.

I spend my time teaching from home and continuing to educate myself in all things concerning health and healing. I continue to do weekend workshops to further my understanding and share that with my current students and clients.

Work With Me

  • Movement Therapy

After receiving and reviewing your Client Intake form and scheduling your first session, we start with assessing posture and your overall structural balance. We work towards unwinding any faulty movement patterns and carefully applying the 5 Basic Principles from Stott Pilates. Movement is done with the body being well supported in a stress-free position. We also work on increasing kinesthetic awareness. A session includes a warm up, specific exercises for the affected area, exercise for the rest of the body and a cool down. This gives you a well-rounded workout that supports your lifestyle and activities.
